This is the 2nd time we've featured Mexican soccer cheerleaders on Foreign Cheerleader Friday, and I strongly doubt it's the last time!These hotties cheer for C.F. Monterrey. Monterrey won the Apertura 2009 (which I'm pretty sure is a big deal in Mexico).
